About Me

My name is Natasha for the past 10 years I worked on a one-to -one basis with adults dealing with bereavement ,depression, anxiety, poor mental health, personality disorder or simply ask the question who am I or what is my life direction. My approach is to give you a secure non-judgmental, confidential space and focus on building a warm relationship with you as my client to talk to and explore the best way forward to improve your life and reflect on things that may effected you and your well-being.

I've come to work in counselling because I have seen how at times the pace of modern life we are living can effect us all.I found I can help people by providing them with a space to stop and to reflect in kind and subtle way. I found the training life changing and I do continue my professional development to be able to offer to my clients the best chances and resources to explore their concerns and old patterns of living and enable them to live in a more functional way, and for you to be able to look to the future without a fear of the past or present and being able to manage your day-to -day state of mind.

The training and my methods of work are based on current evidence and developed through the experience and the complexities of my work with my clients and regular long term supervision.

In my practice I welcome all regardless of they ethnicity , cultural background, religion, sexual orientation, gender, age. I also provide counselling in English or Polish language.

At the moment all my sessions are online or over the phone.

Client's Reviews

Natasha helped me at a critical moment in my life after my mom passed away and there was a lot of family crises and betrayals. I asked her to help me navigate and get myself back on track with my life and she delivered exactly that. I'm so glad and grateful for Natasha's expertise and solid support and recommendations as well as for BetterHelp crew. I was pleasantly surprised also for the free group sessions as well. Thank you for everyone's professionalism and warm support. Gratefully from Seoul.

Natasha is the best therapist I have worked with. She asks the right questions and very quickly understood who I was and what I was looking for. During the sessions she gives great advice and recommends very useful tools or exercises to feel better. She is truly invested in her work as a therapist and it really shows!

It’s difficult to know where to start with my review Natasha as there is so much I would like to say about how she has supported and guided me through what I can only describe as the most difficult period of my life. I am in awe of how she has opened my eyes to new and alternative perspectives. She has listened intently and encouraged me to look out of myself and my current mindset to find fresh and plausible angles on situations, behaviours, relationships and feelings. She is thought provoking and has proved non judgemental , empathic , caring and good humoured. A particular incident occurred whilst in therapy, in which I will forever feel thankful and grateful to have had her in my life. She has authentically shown herself to be a true professional and an excellent therapist. Thank you, Natasha. I look forward to future sessions and building our therapeutic relationship.

Natasza is an absolutely wonderful counsellor. I have tried counselling a few times and always felt I needed someone more direct, that asks the right (sometimes difficult) questions and is skilled and empathetic enough to work through them effectively. Natasza is exactly that.
