About Me

Welcome and thank you for reading my profile.

I am a fully qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist with ten years of experience helping adults, both in private practice and for different organizations, including five years as a domestic violence counsellor for Woman's Trust in London.

My own journey with therapy began as a client going through difficult issues and struggling to find meaning and purpose in life. Counselling dramatically changed the direction of my life and self-development became my passion. It was a natural progression for me to become a therapist with the aim of helping others live to their greatest potential.

I strive to provide my clients with a warm, safe and confidential space where to regularly unload and address any difficulty they may bring. It is my experience both personally and professionally that each life crisis presents us with an opportunity to grow and develop. My role as a therapist is to hear you, validate you and to support you in finding creative solutions that work for you.

Counselling and Psychotherapy can help you to make better sense of your situation, to understand yourself and others at a deeper level, and provides you with tools to live a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

I abide to the Code of Ethics as set out by the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy of which I am a registered member.
