Miss Victoria Northern
Integrative counsellorAbout Me
I offer a friendly, accepting and compassionate counselling service. I work with adults and young people with various current difficulties or historical issues such as anxiety, chronic stress, phobias, OCD, trauma, depression, anger, loss, self harm, relationship/family issues and abuse.
Counselling is a process people seek when they want changes in their life. It can help us to understand and have better clarity of our thoughts, emotions and behaviours. Let me ask you a few questions. Are you feeling stuck in life? Do you want to feel happier? Are you feeling overwhelmed? Are you feeling lost or hopeless? Are you battling with your inner critic? Do you want to heal? If so then therapy is a process that will guide you to a more happier healthier version of yourself.
I am an integrative counsellor who works in a humanistic approach. This means I use a variety of therapeutic skills that are best suited for each individual. The aim of the sessions are to help you work through your presenting issues, to gain more insight, to develop coping skills and to live a better life.
I offer short, medium and long term therapy either face to face, online or via telephone. I am based in Huddersfield near Lindley for face to face sessions.
I believe that therapy can help you find healing, acceptance, purpose and a new way of living.
If you feel that therapy is the next step for you, please contact me to discuss further.
