Integrative psychotherapistAbout Me
Do you struggle with feelings of low self-esteem, often not feeling ‘good enough’ and doubting yourself? Perhaps you always try to be the perfect partner/friend/colleague to get the approval you yearn for or feel the need to be in control of a situation in order to avoid feeling like a failure? Maybe the thought of being an imposter has crossed your mind and is causing you a lot anxiety in daily life. Constantly battling with feelings of insecurity and worthlessness can be very stressful, challenging and depressing.
The fact that you’re reading this possibly means you’d like to make some fundamental changes in your life and I’d like to commend you for it, since reaching out for and finding the right professional help can be tough and confusing.
Counselling offers you the opportunity to increase your self-awareness and gain a new sense of direction. Identifying the origins of your problems will help you manage your overwhelming feelings better. With more clarity and a better understanding of your inner world you will gain self-confidence to be able to lead a more carefree life going forward.
