About Me

https://www.wellbeingfirstuk.com/

As each one of us is the product of a unique set of circumstances, traits, and experiences, it's important to acknowledge that often there is no simple answer to what is causing our difficulties. I look at the full set of circumstances and experiences that created a particular challenge and at the person as a whole. This means exploring both past and the present, thoughts and emotions - as well as behaviour, and the origins of an issue and the means to change.

What to expect from our therapy sessions:
My role is to assist you in exploring and making sense of issues important to you - and how your motivations, thoughts, feelings, past experiences and habits relate to these. Another part of our therapy will be about finding ways to achieve tangible change, however you might define that - whether it is improving your confidence and relationships, changing your habits, or simply accepting a part of yourself. I am able to offer my knowledge and skillset to assist you whenever you feel stuck, overwhelmed or simply if you want a bit more direction in our sessions. We work at your own pace.

Clients I work with:
I am comfortable working with a wide range of presenting issues, such as anxiety, panic attacks, depression, chronic health issues, low self-esteem, relational and intimacy problems, stress management, and personal development. If you are unsure whether I can help with the challenges you're facing, I offer a free 20-minute discovery call, where we can discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, and figure out if what I offer is suitable for you.
