Milena Georgieva
Integrative therapistAbout Me
As each one of us is the product of a unique set of circumstances, traits, and experiences, there is no simple answer to what is causing our difficulties. In our sessions, you bring what is important to you and we explore the the full set of factors that created a particular challenge, internal conflict, or difficult emotion. I can facilitate three things in therapy: a space to explore, better understanding of yourself, and implementing changes in your life. This means exploring both past and present, your values, thoughts and emotions - as well as behaviour and how you interact with your environment (social and otherwise).
What to expect from our therapy sessions:
My role is to assist you in exploring and making sense of issues important to you - and how your motivations, thoughts, feelings, past experiences and habits relate to these. Another part of our therapy might be to support you through change - whether that's improving your confidence and relationships, creating new habits, or accepting a part of yourself. I am able to offer my professional knowledge and skillset so you feel supported through the therapeutic process and I make sure that we work at your own pace.
Clients I work with:
I work with relationship issues, low self-esteem & personal development, and long-standing mental health issues, such as chronic depression or anxiety. You can email me to book an initial consultation.
