Michelle Harris
Integrative psychotherapistAbout Me
Given the current unprecedented circumstances I will be working from home via online methods only - but will move back to Kingston/Wimbledon as soon as I am able. If you would like to call or email me to discuss anything please do, I am very happy to do this without charge before arranging any sessions.
Why have counselling?
Life is often stressful and can feel totally overwhelming at times, which can then make us feel alone. Do you feel that talking to someone could help you? I believe that counselling can provide you with a safe and confidential relationship whereby you are able to share and explore what's going on for you with a therapist trained to help make sense of the problem and to support you. This space allows for problems to be thought through, helping you to find insight and clarity.
About me
I am a fully qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist, as well as Cancer Nurse Specialist and work with anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem, illness, cancer, bereavement, relationship issues and all aspects of our lives. I work with young people (teenagers) and adults on a short term or long term basis, whatever your needs are. My training allows me to work with your individual needs, and so I do not work with any particular approach. I have a warm and down to earth approach that I believe can help.
Contact me
I understand that making that first step towards asking for help can feel very daunting and difficult. If you feel that counselling could help you, please feel free to contact me by email or phone and we can discuss this more. I am happy to answer any questions that you may have.
