About me

I use a combination of tools including psychotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy CBT and coaching to help you achieve your goals and get you to a happier, healthier place. I combine strong analytical skills with a supportive, and compassionate style. Blending integrative psychotherapy and coaching psychology allows us to work creatively for new perspectives to emerge – I am passionate about this approach which I view as being truly solution-focussed. Together, we look for the root causes of issues and use practical strategies to overcome what’s hindering you from achieving your goals. I view our work together as a collaboration. My intuitive and authentic approach is crucial to my success with my clients and regularly result in a high number of referrals. I believe that our capacity as human beings for meaningful, and authentic relationships with others is the basis for our own sense of fulfilment. After graduating from Oxford, I gained my PhD in Pharmacology from Imperial College London. Prior to becoming a psychotherapist and coach, I spent 10 years in the corporate world; working for major consulting firms in London, as well as in the communications industry, in areas such as strategy, innovation and human resources – with expertise spanning science, pharmaceuticals, technology, digital marketing, non-for-profit and politics.  I believe that you don’t need to be going through a crisis to benefit from working on yourself. Therapy isn’t for those who have issues as we all have them – it’s for those that want to resolve their issues and achieve a happier, healthier life. I can help you work with yourself as opposed to against yourself – we all have patterns and beliefs that hold us back but the good news is that these can be overcome. If you’d like to explore working with me so that our sessions together can serve as the catalyst for big, long-lasting changes to your life, then message me.
