Hello my name is Maxine and I am an accredited integrative counsellor, this enables me to take elements from specific therapies, so I am able to tailor your sessions to suit you as a unique individual, thus making you feel at ease and in good hands.
I believe for counselling to be effective, we need a good foundational relationship between client and therapist. I will provide a safe, confidential and judgment free space to achieve a good working relationship, thus making you feel comfortable and safe, so that I can support you on your journey.
