About me

"Every person's life is worth a novel." Erving Polster What is your story- What brought you to the point of considering therapy- Perhaps you would like to move on towards ambitions, but your worries are taking up your time and energy instead- Or maybe you are finding life in London is leaving you feeling overwhelmed- Or it could be that you have reached a crossroads and want to take stock- I have been privileged to work with many individuals faced with challenges like these since 1999. I believe that psychotherapy should be a creative and collaborative process in a safe, accepting therapeutic space. Can I help you retell your life story in a more helpful way- Together we can look back at past events with interest and kindness to yourself, and I can offer the extra perspective that will assist you in moving away from stuck and painful repetition. You might find my approach suits you if you are inspired by creative language and interesting imagery. Using different language can help you discover surprising new points of view on your way of being.
