Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, all sessions will take place via videocall - just get in contact to make the arrangements.
I appreciate that taking the step to seek support can feel uncomfortable and that's perfectly understandable. What I can promise you is that I will do my very best to put you at ease, so that you're able to tell your story at your own pace. I'll be there every step of the way with you, inviting you at all times to let me know what you need.
My way of working is integrative, which means that because I'm trained in various different therapies, together we can pick and choose the tools that will best suit you personally. Therapy always happens in collaboration, it's not something that I do to you but something that we do together.
As well as working privately as a Psychologist, I also lecture in psychology at London Universities, to Undergraduates, MA students and trainee Doctors.
Feel free to email me or give me a call to arrange a time for us to meet for an initial assessment consultation. This will be an opportunity for us to explore what's going on for you and discuss the possible ways forward together, all in strictest confidence.
