I work with people with challenges in their personal (and work) lives. Anything from coronavirus related stress, anxiety, relationship challenges (as singles or couples), depression, compulsion, sexuality, abuse. I empower clients to make lasting changes to their lives.
I am: warm hearted - authentic, accepting, empathetic are attitudes which are very important to me; confident - I can help clients address their challenges, and increase their resilience; passionate - a strong heart felt belief in the benefit of counselling to changes lives; ambitious for clients to be the best they can be in an environment that can be volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous.
