If you're looking for friendly and professional support to help you through a difficult time or issue then please contact me. I provide counselling and coaching services to adults (18+), which have proven to be successful in helping with a range of issues including:

I offer an initial meeting to see if working with me is right for you, and which gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you might have before committing to any further sessions.
I am an experienced counsellor who has worked in both the NHS and community based counselling services, and I appreciate how difficult it can be to get support at the very time it is needed. I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy) and abide by their ethical code of practice.
My practice locations Carshalton (SM5) on Wednesday and Thursday, and Sutton (SM2) on Tuesday and Friday, are easily accessible for those in Surrey and South London. I also offer Skype counselling and a Walk & Talk option.

My fees are £45 per session, including the initial assessment session.
Training and qualifications
I have a BA (Hons) in Integrative Relational Counselling which means I focus on using the therapeutic relationship to help you explore concerns and issues. The approach is tailored to suit your needs and I use a range of tools to support the process.
I have further qualifications in bereavement counselling skills and have worked for several years as a Cruse Bereavement counsellor. I am an experienced and qualified coach with a background in empowering and motivating individuals to achieve their potential.
