I offer therapeutic coaching sessions to support your emotional wellbeing - a solution-focused approach to relieve stress and anxiety, enhance your overall wellbeing and provide emotional support.
Maybe there is a particular problem or challenge you would like help with? Maybe you are dealing with difficult emotions or past experiences? Perhaps you are feeling stuck and would like to make changes but you don't know how to move forward?
I provide a safe space in which to explore and to bring into awareness your current feelings, thoughts and experiences. From here we can establish what it is you would like instead, what is getting in your way, and find a path to take you forward.
Calm and sensitive by nature, my approach is empathic and non-judgmental. Therapeutic Coaching combines the skillset of coach and therapist. It is a more supportive way of using coaching skills and a more solution-focused way of using therapy. Therapeutic coaching sessions with me will support you to connect with yourself more deeply and empower you with ways in which to feel better.
I use a combination of approaches and tools which I have found to be the most effective. These include NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming), Hypnotherapy, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy) and life coaching, applied as appropriate to you and your particular situation. This allows us to work holistically with your mind and body, on a conscious and unconscious level, working as needed with your past, your present and envisioning your future.

Training and qualifications
I am a fully certified and accredited NLP Master Practitioner, Hypnotherapist (British Institute of Hypnotherapy and NLP), EFT Practitioner (EFT International) and MBCT Practitioner (EFT & Mindfulness Centre). I am also registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.
As part of my ongoing professional development I have undertaken courses in Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Counselling & Listening Skills, Focusing and Advanced EFT techniques.
