This psychotherapeutic, solution-focused approach will support your emotional well-being, help to relieve stress and anxiety, increase confidence and allow you to create the lasting positive change you would like to experience. Therapeutic coaching sessions with me will enable you to connect with yourself more deeply and empower you with ways in which to feel better.
Maybe there is a particular problem or challenge you would like help with? Maybe you are dealing with difficult emotions or past experiences? Perhaps you are feeling stuck and would like to make changes but you don't know how to move forward?
I use a powerful blend of traditional and alternative approaches and techniques, integrating key principles of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Hypnotherapy, developmental psychology, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Mindfulness and Life Coaching, applied as appropriate to you as an individual and your situation. This allows us to work holistically on a conscious and unconscious level, working as needed with your past, your present and envisioning a fulfilling future.
I offer a safe space in which to gain awareness of what is, creating an accepting and non-judgemental environment, in which you will feel comfortable to share your thoughts, feelings and experiences. So that together we can find solutions that work for you.
When we live in a way whereby we are out of touch with our emotions and needs, we become dissatisfied and yet we don’t know why. In this case, becoming more sensitive to ourselves and our experience of life is hugely beneficial. Or, we may feel that we are overly sensitive, whereby we feel overwhelmed by our emotions and experiences, making it hard to live with them. In which case finding ways to cope and support ourselves is extremely helpful.

I am a fully certified and accredited EFT Practitioner (EFT International), NLP Master Practitioner & Hypnotherapist (British Institute of Hypnotherapy and NLP), and MBCT Practitioner (EFT & Mindfulness Centre). I am also registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.
