As a non-binary psychotherapist, I adopt inclusion at the heart of my therapeutic approach.  As a trained eco-art therapist and integrative psychotherapist, I use a range of tools and approaches to fit your needs and for you to get the most of your sessions. 

I have worked across education, charities, local communities and currently I work in the NHS and in private practice. I offer online and outdoor therapy to a diverse set of people with a variety of different needs.
