About Me

I am a person centred psychotherapist with UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) registration. I work Face to face in Clapham, Canterbury and online. I work with clients who have a variety of issues from anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, managing transitions in their lives and relationships and working with intrusive thoughts. I offer an empathic, non-judgemental environment that allows you to explore the areas of your life and yourself you feel need attention. I work in a holistic way that helps you deepen your understanding of your own triggers, beliefs, reactions and emotions and work with them in a more empowered way to feel more confidence, ease and acceptance. Learning about yourself this way and growing through these difficult moments will enable you to release outdated and unhelpful habits and coping strategies and find more freedom from fear fears and compulsions leaving space and energy to engage in more meaningful activities and relationships and make changes to the way you relate to and live your life.

I am also a counselling supervisor and offer concession sessions to counselling professionals wanting supervision for their own client work.
