About me
My work is grounded in attachment theory and a biopsychosocial understanding of emotional wellbeing. This means we explore your early relationships, your present life and the ways your body and nervous system respond to stress. I support clients with anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship issues, trauma, grief and significant life transitions. I also have extensive experience working with adults who have been diagnosed with autism or ADHD in adulthood. My approach I offer a steady, reflective and compassionate therapeutic relationship. Together we explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, while supporting you to develop new ways of relating to yourself and others.
