I am a warm, approachable integrative psychotherapist and my intention is to provide a relational approach to facilitate a way through life’s challenges. I offer both brief and long term therapy to adults, young people and couples within a professional setting at the Brighton Consulting Rooms adjacent to Preston Park station. Free parking and disabled access is available.

I completed my training from the School of Psychotherapy and Counselling at City University’s course at Regents College in 2002 leading to my diploma and then continued onto an advanced diploma as an Integrative Psychotherapist. I gained full accreditation as a UKCP psychotherapist in 2005. I gain referrals via GPs, youth residential care homes, private referrals and private health care providers.  I also work for a number of employment assistance programmes.

I abide by the code of ethics as set out by the BACP and am committed to updating my professional development. I have now gained a range of additional cognitive behavioural trainings (CBT), radical openness therapy, and solution focused therapy to my skill set. I have a special interest in supporting young people. I have supported range from eating disorders, OCD, self-harming, school refusers, gender identity issues and family relationship breakdown.

I am also a registered adoption LINK counsellor as trained by the Barnado’s Society, a legal requirement to work within the adoption area.
