Do you feel life is challenging or are you feeling anxious, sad, stressed, angry or maybe you feel like you're not coping with life and not sure why. I am a person-centered counsellor who will provide you with a safe space where we can explore your thoughts, feelings, concerns and any anxieties together at your own pace.

Types of therapy
Sessions are £50 each and last for 50 minutes. I offer an initial 20 minute assessment session which will be on the telephone.
At this initial session we can meet and see how we might work together, while I take some information from you about what has brought you to counselling.
We can use this session to see how you feel about working with me and to get an idea of what you want to come to counselling for. If you require telephone counselling, the same fee applies. For the first session, payment is requested in advance to secure the first appointment.
