I am an Integrative Relational Counsellor based in London. As an integrative relational counsellor I draw on several different therapeutic techniques finding the combination which works best for you as an individual.
Sometimes life throws the unexpected at us, such as the passing of a loved one, diagnosis of illness, divorce or redundancy to name but a few. We can also feel low or depressed for no apparent reason, or perhaps you have lost focus and direction. Most people go through changes at some point in their life and it is reassuring to know that counselling offers the opportunity to work through and manage these changes effectively with the support of a trained therapist.
Counselling provides the opportunity to:
- Explore your thoughts and feelings
- Make sense of conflicting emotions and behaviours
- Explore how you would like your future to look
- Gain a deeper understanding of yourself and reach your true potential
- Seek solutions to current life problems
- Seek positive change to achieve your goals and enhance your life
I am committed to providing counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. I am a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists. I work with clients who are facing a wide variety of emotional difficulties and issues.
