About Me

About me

Professional, qualified, experienced counsellor and psychotherapist offering support and proven success in improving your enjoyment of life in areas including: Relationship Issues, Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Panic disorder, Family Issues, Separation and Divorce, Anger Management, Abuse and PTSD, work related issues and Addictions along with other difficulties you maybe facing. I offer one to one therapy and I also work with couples.

If you would like to discuss how counselling can help you, please give me a call on 07756 902911 and we can have a confidential chat where I can answer any questions you may have.

I am an Integrative Relational Counsellor based in London. As an integrative relational counsellor I draw on several different therapeutic techniques finding the combination which works best for you as an individual.

Sometimes life throws the unexpected at us, such as the passing of a loved one, diagnosis of illness, divorce or redundancy to name but a few. We can also feel low or depressed for no apparent reason, or perhaps you have lost focus and direction. Most people go through changes at some point in their life and it is reassuring to know that counselling offers the opportunity to work through and manage these changes effectively with the support of a trained therapist.

Counselling provides the opportunity to:

  • Explore your thoughts and feelings
  • Make sense of conflicting emotions and behaviours
  • Explore how you would like your future to look
  • Gain a deeper understanding of yourself and reach your true potential
  • Seek solutions to current life problems
  • Seek positive change to achieve your goals and enhance your life

I am committed to providing counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. I am a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists. I work with clients who are facing a wide variety of emotional difficulties and issues.
