About me

Time for meaningful change-  As an integrative warm holistic therapist, my approach is grounded in the belief that the mind, body, and spirit are interconnected and must be addressed together to achieve overall wellness. I am trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities and use an integrative approach to tailor my sessions to the unique needs of each individual client. My therapy sessions are warm and compassionate, providing a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their emotions and experiences. I believe in the power of empathy, active listening, and collaboration, working together with clients to identify their goals and develop strategies to achieve them. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I may incorporate other techniques into my sessions, such as mindfulness, meditation, and somatic experiencing, to help clients connect with their bodies and develop greater self-awareness. I may also encourage clients to explore lifestyle changes that can support their mental and physical health, such as exercise, and stress-management techniques. Overall, my goal as an integrative warm holistic therapist is to help clients achieve greater harmony and balance in their lives, leading to a more fulfilling and joyful existence. I offer a free, 15-minute, initial telephone consultation. I look forward to hearing from you.
