About Me

Hello, I'm Lou from Light House Psychology and thank you for stopping by to read my profile. I know it can feel daunting reaching out but I am sure you will be so relieved and pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to talk once you start. I specialise in working with complexity and in-depth covering relationship issues, trauma/PTSD, loss, past abuse, and anxiety and depression issues. I will accompany you on your journey for as long as you need me and help you find the solutions that are right for you, with therapy specifically tailored to meet your unique needs and goals. I draw from a wide range of psychological theories and interventions for both mental health and coaching/personal development so you get the most useful and appropriate care.

I offer a free initial telephone consultation, which gives you the opportunity to explore and figure out what you need in a supportive, compassionate and non-judgemental space. It also gives you the chance to ask any questions and to see if you think we could work well together.

If you would like more information, please contact me using the orange icon above and/or visit my website (link below) where you can book your free initial call online today. My website also provides more information about the services I provide and links to Light House Psychology's YouTube channel where I share relaxation and wellbeing videos that I make for my clients.
