About Me

When you know you can't go on as you are, something needs to change. I will help you to see things more clearly, understand how you've got here and support you in finding strategies to cope and work out a way forward.

You might be feeling stuck in a relationship or a job which just isn’t working anymore. Or maybe you’re faced with a big life transition and feel lost and uncertain about your future. Perhaps there are things that have happened in your past which are holding you back. Maybe you’ve developed unhealthy patterns of behaviour such as addiction to cope with underlying issues?

All these problems show up as anxiety, depression, relationship problems and low self esteem.

I have helped clients through many difficulties such as the breakdown of relationships, work issues, loss of identity, addiction, health anxiety, eating problems, and sexual abuse.

By raising your self-awareness I will help you explore the issues that you're struggling with and find the root causes of the symptoms you're experiencing. I will support you in developing ways to help you manage better. Ultimately I hope to enable you to overcome your struggles and find a more peaceful way of being.

For me, counselling is a vocation not a job and I am passionate about making a difference in people’s lives. I hope I can make a difference in yours.
