EMDR psychotherapistAbout Me
If you're overwhelmed by anxiety or depression; if you struggle with relationships; if you're overcome by loss or bereavement; or if a past trauma or traumas mean you are unable to fully live, I can offer the support you need to move forward. As an existential-phenomenological psychotherapist I work with you to make sense of the issues you face, to allow better understanding, to see choices and to create change. Through better understanding and the chance for change I help my clients move towards a happier and more fulfilling life, a life with improved relationships, greater happiness and more meaning. And as an EMDR therapist, for clients re-experiencing traumatic memories, I provide a proven approach in successfully treating trauma.
I know how difficult it can be to make the first move to seek help and support but I welcome the opportunity to discuss how I can support you. I am also committed to making therapy accessible and offer a low-cost therapy service through a therapists-in-training programme.
