If you are extremely stressed or feel you have Complex Post Traumatic Stress (this is usually developed in childhood) then please speak with me. I have specialised in working with this. I also work with ancestral trauma. I work holistically to include your psychological, mental, emotional, physical and spiritual states in therapy by utilising psychotherapy and healing/Reiki in sessions . This combination is very gentle and accepting and based on us building a trusting relationship over time. It is often not necessary to discuss your particular experience of trauma in detail. You learn strategies to manage your trauma symptoms and how to take care of yourself and will gain a deep understanding of what trauma does to us. This understanding brings clarity to what is often a very confusing set of symptoms which we can be inclined to believe is our personality rather than trauma symptoms. Once we understand that these behaviours are not our personality but related to our trauma we can begin to heal. My way of working has been developed from my training, but also from my personal experiences of childhood trauma and further trauma experienced as an adult.

I also work with people who are having spiritual experiences or spiritually seeking answers and wish to safely explore further. I call this Soul Work which allows a deep conversation about your questions and concerns using Intuitive Coaching and visualisation. I may also include healing/Reiki and other imaginative processes such as dream work and mandala work if appropriate.
