I’m a Jungian analyst and psychotherapist. I work with people looking to gain self-knowledge, make sense of repetitive patterns or blocks, and overcome trauma and loss. I offer once weekly meetings, as well as more intensive work. 

Jung placed great value on the idea that we always carry the potential for growth within ourselves. This inspires my work in the sense that psychotherapy and analysis can provide the necessary conditions for such growth to take place. 

I am also inspired by more recent developments in the fields of analytical psychology, psychoanalysis and neuroscience, and remain engaged in ongoing research and study. I am interested in the way that dreams can reveal hitherto hidden parts of ourselves, and how our experience of life may be shaped by the ‘stories’ we tell.
