About Me

I have over 20 years experience working as a mental health professional within private practice, the charity sector and the NHS.

My therapy practice offers a safe, confidential and empathic setting in which to identify, explore and work through issues that may be affecting your life. I am committed to offering high quality, non-judgmental psychotherapy and welcome clients from all backgrounds, ethnicities, genders, religions and sexual orientations.

My approach is psychodynamic and relational and I believe that each person is unique in the way that they experience life with its dilemmas, conflicts, traumas, contradictory feelings, desires, hopes and aspirations. My therapeutic approach focuses on the client and to help find a way of developing understandings of their inner-world to help provide purpose and meaning in finding a way forward.
