Hi there, my name is Lea. I'm an experienced, licensed, DBS and insured therapist who's ultimate goal is to create an environment in which you can feel safe to be yourself whilst giving you the tools needed to get where you want to go. I have worked in this field for many years now and I employ a wealth of knowledge within my work. I specialise in various topics but I focus my efforts on the effects of trauma, anxiety related challenges and how you feel about yourself, I work with clients  in a way that ensures our work is agreed together and the plan is tailored to the specific needs of the individual. With this my sessions will help you understand yourself better but not only that, it will help you develop clarity within the turmoil you're experiencing and clear a way forward that works best for you.
