My name is Kirsty, and I am an Integrative Therapist with over many years’ experience working with both Adults and Children, this has allowed a good diverse understanding with numerous different Individuals.
In my Experience Counselling should feel relaxed and be a guide into helping a person, to look at different areas of everyday life struggles past or present.
My Integrative Approach can really help you to focus and allow for changes to blossom in a good empathic, and creative way. the work we will do together is for you to enjoy and really focus on how you can adapt to new challenges and changes.
It can be overwhelming when having therapy but it’s extremely rewarding and life changing and will allow healing.
