About me

I am a fully qualified and experienced Integrative Counsellor working with adults and young people in Chiswick. I believe that the past informs the present and offer a confidential, non-judgemental and safe space in which to explore the challenges, difficulties and experiences that are bringing you to counselling. This really is your time and I see my role as a supportive and empathic companion on your journey.  In my work with charities and in private practice I have experience of working with: bereavement and loss, trauma, depression, dissociation, relationships, anger, anxiety and self esteem issues. I work from a discreet and peaceful room and can offer appointments from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 8 to 12. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy BACP and my work abides by their Ethical Framework for Good Practice.
