I am a Psychotherapeutic counsellor in my final year at the sherwood psychotherapy training institute, studying a degree in counselling and psychotherapy.

During this time I have been lucky enough to work at a local charity to provide over 200 hours of client therapy, over a wide range of presenting issues, including but not limited to, depression, grief, sexual abuse, anxiety, self esteem, OCD and betrayals.

My aim is to provide a warm, welcoming, safe and non-judgemental space, to allow my clients to explore their feelings safely. 

Working from a humanistic and integrative modality, I believe in working with each person as a whole, encorporating mind, body and spiritualality and encouraging each clients autonomy and self empowerment. 

I believe that each client is the expert in themselves and their experiences, and that by working together, we can provide a better understanding of yourself.
