I am a highly proficient psychotherapist and coach, at senior level. My clinical excellence is based on 30 years of experience working in private practice, the NHS, the voluntary and charity sectors, education and criminal justice. I also provide organisational consultancy and critical incident debriefing.
I have worked as a senior manager, executive, and leader in mental health, education, training and criminal justice and acted as a psychological consultant to tv and film productions. I have worked as a senior academic teaching psychotherapy and supervision and supervises counsellors, psychotherapists and psychologists in their own clinical practice. I have published on a range of topics including, understanding organisations and technology and trauma. I am a founder member of The Systems Psychodynamic Consultants Network.
I am highly trained and qualified in a wide range of therapeutic models, psychoanalytic, integrative, systemic family therapy, and most recently I have trained in Consulting to Organisations at The Tavistock Centre and am currently in the Doctoral Programme there.
I sit as a member of the Ethics Committee and Professional Conduct Committee for the psychotherapy clinical governance body, the UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy).

Current fees are £90 for psychotherapy and clinical supervision, £110 for couples, £145 for families.
I offer free coaching and consultation to NHS and frontline workers and organisations.
