Working together we will identify specific tools and techniques that can help you feel much better about things.
I have specific experience with clients from the following areas:
• those experiencing stress, anxiety or depression as a result of work pressures or a change in circumstances
• those struggling with loss of confidence or purpose in their working lives or experiencing conflict or bullying at work
• those struggling with the loss of a loved one
• those struggling to cope with being a full or part-time adult carer for a loved one
I can provide a safe space, in which you can feel accepted, understood and listened to with kindness, empathy and compassion. I understand you may have questions so I offer a free 20 minute consultation for you to see if the way I work feels comfortable for you.
I aim to respond within a few hours.
I offer face to face (in person), online (zoom), telephone and outdoor therapy sessions. I am based in Milton Keynes.
