Online Therapy: No Couch, No Problem 

I have over 20 years experience as a therapist and in that time I've developed an unusual and unique approach to helping people by integrating Psychotherapy, Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, Brainspotting, Sound and Energy Healing and working therapeutically with the arts.  In 2020 with the advent of the Covid pandemic, I like most of my colleagues went online. And four years later I’m still here. That shift has enabled me to work with clients I’d never previously have met, in locations as diverse as the Beirut, Brazil, Dubai, Portugal and Sweden to name a few and of course all over the UK.  And they’ve benefited from therapy with me from the comfort of their own homes, at the office, in the car and even onboard ship!

Yes we talk, but I also work somatically with your nervous system, and intuitively with your energy field. I’m still here to support clients through experiences of stress, anxiety, trauma and diagnosis like C/PTSD. And I also offer ‘Coaching For Life’ sessions; a therapeutic coaching approach to life’s everyday challenges   In addition my interest in Sound and Energy therapies has developed beyond gongs to tuning forks and coherent light, so why not try some frequency medicine too. After all Einstein believed that “Future medicine will be the medicine of frequencies”
