Hello, Sometimes life's challenges can feel overwhelming, its difficult to know what to do and where to turn. I can offer you the opportunity to explore these difficulties in a confidential, safe setting. I have had many years experience working as a counsellor, within many different settings, GP surgeries, Schools, Charitable organisations including Relate. I now run my own  private practice where I offer counselling to Individuals, Couples and Families.

I work using an Integrative and Systemic approach, exploring the emotional legacy we all inherit from our families; as well as positive feelings, parents inadvertently transfer negative feelings, rules and values. Therapy offers the space to consider what is and what is not relevant in our current life position.

Changing limiting beliefs and finding your own path is an important step to maturity, giving your own meaning to your life and creating your own happiness.
