About Me

I am a therapist who helps people make sense of things during uncertain times.

Is anxiety an issue that is ruining your life?

Do you need help getting your life back on track after a loss of some kind?

These are things that we will all experience at some point in our lives, but when these things become overwhelming, it can be difficult to find a way through them all.

You may have resigned yourself to “this is how things are now” but the good news is that they don’t have to be, and I can help you.

Life can get really tough and weigh us down until we can’t seem to find a way out.

I can help you make sense of what has happened and then find a way forward.

I’ve helped many people just like you. Together we’ll look at what is happening or holding you back and work through this to get you to a place where you’re back in control of your life.

I can work with you for as long as you feel is necessary. Once we finish up, you can always return further down the line if your circumstances change.

So if you’re ready to make those changes and claim back your happiness, get in touch with me today.

Anxiety

Is anxiety taking over your life and sucking the joy from everything – before, during and after?

Are you exhausted from overthinking every little thing?

Do you feel like you are losing more of yourself or your confidence daily?

Are you feeling trapped by worry?

How would you like to go about your day without getting stuck in your head and overanalysing everything?

I work with people just like you. I help them find ways to work through their anxiety and regain control of their lives.

I can help you realise and tackle any fears that may be getting in the way and help you find a way forward to living the life you want.

Anxiety is a perfectly natural reaction, but when left unchecked, it takes over making your life uncomfortable and you unhappy.

The trouble with anxiety is that it can seep in a little bit more every day. You may not notice it at the time and before you know it, it’s overwhelming and stopping you from living a happy life and getting in the way of your free time, work, relationships and much more.

You don’t have to accept that’s how things are. You can take back control of your life and get back to looking forward to the future rather than worrying about everything.

If you’ve had enough of feeling anxious and want to live a more balanced, happy life, get in touch today to book a session.

I can help you work through any fears you may have and find a way forward to live the happier life you want.

Loss

Do you feel stuck and can’t even begin to imagine how you’ll find a way forward?

Do you feel alone, you’ve lost or are losing touch with people in your life?

 Have you lost your motivation?

We can all feel like this after a loss but when you become stuck in it and can’t seem to move on, it can become an issue by getting in the way and stopping you from living the life you want.

The good news is that things don’t need to stay this way.

I’ve worked with many people like you and helped them find a way through their loss and move on.

If you’re ready for a new start and want to find your motivation for life again, contact me now.

Sessions are £45 for 50 minutes and are available in person or by video call or telephone call.

I offer a free 15-minute consultation where I can answer any questions you may have, or I can explain a bit more about how I and/or therapy work. The 15 minutes is a good chance for us both to see if I’m the right therapist for you.

I always aim to reply to everyone ASAP Monday to Friday. If for whatever reason you haven’t received a reply, check your spam/junk folder and if still no reply, please contact me again as I’d be horrified at the thought of you thinking I’ve ignored you.

You can get in touch with me by calling/texting 07488312784, I’m also on the apps Telegram and WhatsApp. You can email me at [email protected] or contact me through this page, I look forward to hearing from you.
