Welcome and thank you for viewing my profile.
I know how nerve-wracking starting therapy can be and would firstly like to reassure you that I am here to support you in your time of need. I work with compassion and a non-judgmental approach to aid you on journey through whatever adversity you are facing.
I work with both adults and children, from age 4 to 94 and find so many similarities amongst us all...we all want to be accepted for who we are, listened to and heard. My aim is to treat you as a unique individual with your own set of circumstances and issues, whilst ensuring you feel accepted, listened to and heard. Although working remotely at present, I feel nothing is lost in the relationship made between myself and whoever chooses to trust me with their innermost self. I hope that will be you.

My fee per session is £45, sessions lasting fifty minutes.
I do offer concessions in certain circumstances which can be discussed on our initial meet.
Training and qualifications
I graduated with a BA with First Class honours in Counselling, having gained my Foundation Degree in Counselling with Distinction.
