I’ll help you to overcome these issues and many more with Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT).
What affects us today is actually rooted in the past, often from things that happened to us when we were children. With RTT, we use hypnosis to connect with your subconscious mind to quickly gain an understanding of what’s causing the issue that’s affecting you today. And once you understand it, you have power over it! I’ll guide you through how to let go of what’s affecting you from the past and move on.
Many issues need just one session to fully deal with them. If we’re working on anxiety or depression, we might need longer, so it can take 1 to 3 sessions.
I’ll make you a personalised hypnosis recording, that’s yours to keep. In our Intake Call you’ll tell me exactly what you want your life to be like once we’ve dealt with your issue and this will be in your recording, using your exact words. You listen to your recording once a day for the 21 days after the session and for longer if you want to. This locks in all the progress you made in the session, so it becomes permanent. And there will be more change to come - as the 21 days go by, you will notice more and more improvements in your life.
Each RTT session includes:
· Intake Call (30 minutes)
· RTT Session (roughly 2 hours in length)
· Follow up support - by message and then by 15 minute call a few days later
· Your personalised hypnosis recording
