Joel Kaye
Integrative therapistAbout Me
I am an MBACP registered counsellor and coach specialising in men's mental health around loss and bereavement, anxiety and overwhelm, and relationship issues.
I provide a confidential and non-judgemental space in which you have freedom to explore your feelings, gain clarity about your struggles, and see a resolution to the distress you are experiencing. My knowledge of a broad range of therapies spanning the humanistic and psychodynamic spectrum, together with my expertise in mindfulness-based interventions, gives me the ability to tailor an approach that feels effective, compatible and comfortable with your personality and beliefs.
I offer both open-ended and time-limited counselling and both online and at locations in North West London. At the initial consultation we will discuss the duration and location of therapy moving forward.
I believe that everyone has the right and ability to live the life that they want to rather than the one they feel obliged to live, and I believe in everyone's potential to find peace, happiness and to thrive.
