Hi I'm Jo,
I offer a non-judgmental safe space where I will support you to expore your issues, emotions and feelings. We will look together at how and why these problems have occured and we will work out the best way forward for you . I work primarily with clients suffering from low self-esteem,anxiety ,depression. panic attacks, body dismorphia, trauma, beareavement,addiction and relationship issues. I also offer couples therapy and I work with teens.
