About Me

I am a compassionate and a fully qualified Person-Centred / Humanistic Counsellor and Psychotherapist with a wide range of clinical and life experience, BACP registered.

Since 2014, I have helped my clients break through the difficulties that seem to be holding them back in life. Divorce, affairs, relationship problems, physical and emotional abuse, domestic violence, those are some of the issues I worked with.

I work with people who want to find more motivation, emotional stability, and feelings of self-worth. My goal is to enable you to feel safe enough to explore the obstacles that might be preventing you from living your best life.

I have specialist training and a lot of experience supporting individuals with mental health issues such as; Depression, Personality Disorders, Eating Disorders, Binge Eating, Anxiety Disorders and supporting people who are experiencing feelings of emotional distress or despair, including those which may lead to self-harm and suicidal thoughts.

My core philosophy is Person-Centred, but I can work in an integrative way using a range of relevant therapeutic methods and models to support you in making a difference to your psychological well-being.

I take my lead from you in terms of what you want to work on, explore in each session, and I will support your growth and development.

I work towards encouraging an atmosphere of safety and trust in which you can feel comfortable to freely express feelings, thoughts, experiences, without fear of criticism or judgement in a confidential, supportive, caring environment.

I work with adults only from my private practice in West London, Ealing W5,

I offer Face to Face, Online and Walk & Talk therapy, both short-term and long-term, open-ended therapy.
