About Me

I am a registered member of the BACP and a fully qualified integrative counsellor working online and via phone. I am also a qualified Understanding Your Eating practitioner with a further qualification of an advanced certificate in Eating Disorders.


I am an experienced counsellor/therapist offering sessions for adults, young people and couples/family members. For every one of my clients I create a bespoke therapeutic client led experience to meet their particular need.


I have a range of experience of working with adults and children who may be vulnerable, struggling with their feelings, trying to work through something in their life currently or historically, having difficulty with anxiety, generalised anxiety disorder, health anxiety, depression, feeling sad, or needing to work on their self-confidence and low self-esteem.

I am here to listen to you and provide you with wholehearted empathy so that you can work through what is going on for you.

I have experience of working in two Secondary School's as a School counsellor, working with both children and adults, where I helped clients with a range of issues such as; relationship issues, feeling sad, generalised anxiety, low self esteem, phobias, self harm, sexuality, autism, ADHD, exam worries,  bereavement, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, stress, panic attacks, obsessive compulsive disorder, addiction, low self-esteem, low self-confidence, generalised anxiety disorder, feeling sad and suicidal ideation.

I am experienced in domestic abuse and trauma counselling. I have worked and trained with clients with a range of issues such as; emotional abuse, coercive control, physical abuse, sexual abuse, financial abuse, and psychological abuse.


I have thorough knowledge and experience of supporting people who are working 12 step programmes such as Alcoholics Anonymous, Cocaine Anonymous, CODA, Narcotics Anonymous and Overeaters Anonymous.

I also have a vast experience in working with eating disorders, anger management, sex problems, sexuality, dissociation, relationship problems, sexual abuse, anxiety, depression, generalised anxiety disorder, feeling sad, alongside many other presenting issues that I have included below.

I have vast experience working with Eating Disorders and am a qualified Understanding Your Eating Practitioner.


I have been trained to work Integratively, which means that I combine different approaches. Everyone has different needs and by using an integration of different therapeutic approaches, you can get the most out of your personal counselling experience.


Length of therapy

I work both time limited and open ended, something we would discuss during your assessment.

Ethical membership, Supervision and Confidentiality

I am an registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, I adhere to their ethical principles and offer a safe place to my clients, somewhere to share confidentially without fear of judgement or reprisal. I am in regular private supervision.
