I'm Jen Surch. I offer a unique style of therapy that works 'outside the box'. I am a counselor, psychotherapist, sex coach, relationship therapist, trauma specialist, life coach & LOA. I am passionate about helping you finding your best-self and helping you navigate the storms of life. I create a totally safe space, of non judgement where you can be raw and honest, without shame. 

For you be your true authentic selves, and I aim to promote self love, loving each part of 'you', your positive side and shadow side. My passion is to empower and facilitate individuals to break free from the chains society has bound them to. 

I provide support whether this is navigating the storm of a relationship, childhood traumas, depression, loneliness, heart break, sexuality, low self esteem, loss of direction, abuse. I believe that healing is a multi faceted journey including our mind, our physical bodies, our spiritual body and our energetic body.
