Cognitive behaviour counsellorAbout Me
"Contact me for an informal chat free of charge, to explore the possibility of how talking to a counsellor may be helpful."
Life's challenges and situations can at times be overwhelming, being able to talk through what is going on with someone who is non-judge-mental may provide clarity.
In addition to private practice I worked for over five years for a local charity, counselling individuals for domestic violence, sexual abuse, PTSD and depression. Experienced in dealing with trauma and psycho-education relating to the over stress of the body and mind. This also applies to Anxiety, Depression, Stress and general overwhelm that can manifest is different ways. From feeling low or numb and not being able function to feeling like you can't switch off.
Are you finding it harder to do things, that you used to do without thinking? Perhaps finding it difficult to sleep, focus on work, study or at home and a loss of confidence. When this is affecting your everyday life over a prolonged period of time it may be useful to seek professional help.
