Human Givens therapy is solution-focused, brief therapy which aims to give you effective tools to make changes from the first session.  As well as running my private practice, I am also a counsellor and supervisor with Action for Neurodiversity which is a charity working with those on the autism spectrum or who are neurodiverse in other ways, including ADHD. I work for PTSD Resolution from time to time helping former members of the armed forces who have been diagnosed with PTSD. I also support a small group of clients at my local brain injury Trust, Headway. I am an in-house counsellor for two organisations, providing regular counselling support for their employees as this is part of their well-being package. I have had core training in trauma work and also further training in Complex PTSD. I have had the pleasure of working with a wide range of adults, adolescents and couples who regularly refer me to friends and family or do not hesitate to return to me for further support when they face fresh challenges in their lives.

I use hypnotherapy when required and I'm trained in effective techniques to resolve phobias and traumas, including PTSD.
