About Me

I am a professionally qualified, experienced psychotherapist, working in SW1, London.  I also offer consultations online (via Skype) or by telephone.

I have extensive experience working with clients who are struggling with a wide range of different issues, including stress, depression, low self-esteem, relationship problems, anxiety and issues around fulfilment and personal fulfilment.

I offer both short-term, more focused work, as well as long-term in depth psychotherapy. I offer a safe and confidential space where together we can explore difficulties you might be experiencing. Therapy is a collaborative process, where we work together to uncover what might be behind difficult patterns in your life. Gaining insight into these can open up new ways of thinking and bring about change and personal growth.

You are welcome to contact me by telephone or via email to discuss your situation or to set up an initial consultation. All communications will be treated as confidential.
