I am a professionally qualified, experienced psychotherapist, working in SW1, London. I also offer consultations online (zoom) or by telephone.
I have extensive experience working with clients who are struggling with a wide range of different issues, including stress, depression, low self-esteem, relationship problems, anxiety and issues around fulfilment and personal fulfilment.
I offer both short-term, more focused work, as well as long-term in depth psychotherapy. I offer a safe and confidential space where together we can explore difficulties you might be experiencing. Therapy is a collaborative process, where we work together to uncover what might be behind difficult patterns in your life. Gaining insight into these can open up new ways of thinking and bring about change and personal growth.

My standard fee is £120 per session. I have a limited number of reduced rate session times.
I am service provider for Axa Health, Aviva, Cigna and Vitality healthcare insurers.
Training and qualifications
I have undertake extensive postgraduate training at WPF Therapy in London, which is recognised as the leading psychotherapy training organisation in the UK, with a reputation for both clinical and academic excellence. I also hold a postgraduate qualification in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy from London's University of Roehampton.
