Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I am an experienced Psychotherapist and a member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP). I am also a member of The Association for the Treatment for the Treatment of Sexual Addiction and Compulsivity (ATSAC). I am able to work with clients presenting a variety of issues on a short to long term basis.

When you attend a therapy session my intention is help you feel comfortable and at ease. Starting therapy can be quite daunting so it is important for you to feel safe without the fear of being judged. It can sometimes be difficult meeting a therapist for the first time but these feelings are quite normal and will soon pass.

I work in a warm and empathic way allowing you to explore your feelings without holding any judgment towards you. As we work together you should find that it becomes easier to explore your difficulties thus enabling you to make more sense of what's going on.

On the initial consultation we will discuss what has brought you to therapy and how you feel I may be able to help you. The time is yours so you are free to ask any questions that you wish regarding how I work or what is to be expected. If at the end of the initial session you decide that you wish to enter therapy we will agree a date to commence and then go from there.

Each session last's fifty minutes and charged at £60.00 per session, however I do offer block bookings of 6 or more at a discounted rate.

For more complex issues such as Sex or Pornography addiction my fees are £70.00.

I also offer Critical Incident Debriefing for individuals, groups or onsite for organisations.

I am fully insured and abide by the ethical guidelines of the BACP.
