My practise is located in Berkshire and I am also able to offer sessions in London.

Training and qualifications

My journey began as a qualified social worker and I am passionate about supporting individuals to understand the route of their difficulties and finding a way forward. I have over 10 years of experience working in a variety of settings consisting of charities, local authorities and I currently work within the NHS. My work has focused primarily on supporting and guiding families facing a multitude of challenges in their lives. Due to my background in social work, I have used many approaches to work with families from systemic, strengths-based and person centred and do incorporate these in my current work as needed. However, my current work is underpinned by attachment theory. I am currently a trainee at the Bowlby centre studying attachment-based psychoanalytic therapy.
