I am an Integrative therapist, which means I adapt my therapeutic approach depending on what my client presents with. Having worked in many different settings in the mental health field from Crisis support and CAMHS with the NHS to smaller charitable organisations over the past 10 years, I have been lucky enough to be able to help people suffering with a very wide range of difficulties. I have also had challenging life experiences myself, so I know the importance of feeling heard in a non judgemental and compassionate way.
I can hold you in an empathetic, confidential and non judgemental space for you to explore the issues that are getting in the way of you being your best self. The beauty of working via Zoom means that you can connect with me from anywhere in the UK, in any space that you feel has privacy and is comfortable. I also offer 'walking and talking' in West Dorset.
I offer a free Zoom or telephone consultation to discuss your needs. This also gives us an opportunity to see if we feel we could work successfully together.
