My aim is to help you navigate through those difficult times, and to help you reconnect with yourself.  We can explore what is happening for you,  looking at the issue from your point of view and help you try to find a solution and move forward. 

Making that first move can be hard and I am able to offer you a free initial telephone consultation to see if we are a good fit to work together.  Sessions are available on an open ended basis, to an agreed time scale and with the aim to assist you to live your life to the full.
