About Me

Welcome my name is Helen.

I am an integrative counsellor and therapist with many years of experience supporting people to overcome life's obstacles and difficulties.

I understand the enormous amount of courage it takes to reach out for help when you are experiencing a challenging time.

To support you with your first step I provide a free 15-minute consultation either via telephone or online so that you can ask any questions you may have about starting counselling with me to ensure I am the right fit for you.

What can you expect from me?

I provide a safe and sensitive environment where you will feel at ease as you share your thoughts and feelings. In our sessions together you can talk through any issues and worries without the fear of judgment. I offer a confidential space where you can talk, think and reflect in the knowledge you will be heard, understood, and supported.
