Welcome my name is Helen.
I am an integrative counsellor and therapist with many years of experience supporting people to overcome life's obstacles and difficulties.
I understand the enormous amount of courage it takes to reach out for help when you are experiencing a challenging time.
To support you with your first step I provide a free 15-minute consultation either via telephone or online so that you can ask any questions you may have about starting counselling with me to ensure I am the right fit for you.
What can you expect from me?
I provide a safe and sensitive environment where you will feel at ease as you share your thoughts and feelings. In our sessions together you can talk through any issues and worries without the fear of judgment. I offer a confidential space where you can talk, think and reflect in the knowledge you will be heard, understood, and supported.

My therapeutic style draws on Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT), person-centered, psychodynamic, and solution-focused therapy to meet your individual needs.
I specialise in anxiety and depression including low self-esteem, feelings of stress, panic attacks, career, and relationship difficulties.
The sessions are exclusively online making it convenient to fit your schedule.
You can choose to book on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis.

BSc (hons) first-class counselling and coaching degree.
Currently studying MSc Psychology
I have extensive experience of working for the NHS (IAPT) Improving Access to Psychological Services and providing short- or long-term therapy for adults.
